We have converted the old outbuildings to create six self-contained cottages. Three of these provide self-catering holiday accommodation; the remaining three being tenanted.

St Teilo's Cottage (Sleep 3)
St Teilo's Cottage provides exceptionally spacious accommodation on two floors.

Downstairs, the open plan living area is entered via a double door opening onto the courtyard area. The sitting area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchair and coffee table. The flat screen television is equipped with freeview and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Belling ceramic hob cooker, microwave and combined washing machine/dryer.

The rear hallway leads to a downstairs cloakroom and the back door provides access to a small garden and car parking to the rear of the cottages.

Upstairs, the large double bedroom has a high coved ceiling and exposed beams. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and attractive pine furniture and has an en-suite shower. There is plenty of space for an additional child's bed which can be provided on request.

The Bathhouse (Sleep 3)
The bathhouse was built on the rear of the house when Lamphey Park was an orphanage. The remains of the bathhouse were demolished in 2005 and rebuilt as a two bedroom cottage

Downstairs, the living area opens onto a small patio and overlooks our paddocks. It is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, coffee table and a digital flatscreen television is equipped with DVD player. The kitchen includes a belling ceramic hob cooker, microwave, and combined washing machine/dryer.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a shower room. The main bedroom, which overlooks the paddocks with views towards Lamphey village and Pembroke, has a double bed and attractive pine furniture. The single bedroom has a divan bed and pine furniture

Outside there is a small secluded patio garden with steps leading to the car parking area in the old walled garden.

The ‘Old Bakehouse’ (Sleep 5)

The bakehouse was probably built when Lamphey Park became an orphanage. It has a magnificent fireplace with a faggot oven for baking bread and a clay oven for cooking meat. The faggot oven is more than three feet in diameter!

Downstairs, the living area is open to the roof and is dominated by great fireplace. It is furnished with leather sofas, coffee table and digital TV with DVD. The old wash-copper has been retained to provide an attractive planting feature.

The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and attractive pine furniture and there is a bathroom with shower-bath. The separate kitchen / diner is fully equipped with built-in cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher and combined washing machine / dryer.

A wooden staircase leads to a balcony overlooking the living area.

Upstairs, there is a large mezzanine bedroom with three single beds trucked under the eaves of the roof. It has an en-suite toilet with wash hand basin.

The rear entrance provides access to the carparking area in the old walled garden and to a small garden and patio area.

Facilities
All cottages are fully centrally heated and double glazed and are warm and comfortable in all seasons. There are no extra charges for electricity, heating or any other utility services.

We provide all bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen linen.

All cottages have washing machines or washer / dryers, together with an iron and ironing board.

All cottages have digital flat screen TV’s with Freeview and DVD players.

Outside in the courtyard there are picnic tables, and a barbeque is available.

Pets
We welcome well behaved dogs but expect owners to be responsible for their pets at all times (There are sheep at Lamphey Park and other farm animals may be kept on the surrounding land.). Guests should bring appropriate bedding for their pets, and should ensure that the cottages remain clean for following guests.
