We provide four guest bedrooms with en-suite or private facilities. Three guest rooms are south facing, looking out over our garden, while the fourth room faces east overlooking the courtyard and cottages.
All the rooms have magnificent views across open countryside towards the South Pembrokeshire coast.
Pembroke
Double bedroom with en-suite shower. Enjoy our magnificent four-poster bed.
Pembroke looks over the garden and has additional views to the west towards Lamphey village and Pembroke.
Manorbier
Twin bedroom with en-suite shower. Furnished with comfortable sleigh beds.

Carew
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Furnished with a colonial style bed.
Carew looks out over the garden and has a ‘sea peep’ over Swanlake bay
Llawhaden
Large ‘family’ room with a double and a single bed. It has a private bathroom with shower-bath.
Llawhaden faces east overlooking the courtyard.
Children and Pets
We can provide an additional child’s bed or cot for children under the age of ten (Pembroke, Carew and Llawhaden)
Well behaved pets and responsible owners are welcome. We ask owners to provide appropriate pet bedding and to ensure that the rooms remain clean for subsequent guests.

Guest Lounge
We provide a spacious and comfortable lounge for the use of our guests. This provides space to meet and chat - or simply to relax.
The ‘Studio
The studio is a self-contained mini-apartment at the end of the courtyard overlooking Lamphey Park lane. It offers ideal B&B accommodation for families, providing extra living space and essential self-catering facilities.
The studio provides separate bedroom and living spaces. The bedroom will accommodate a family of four with a double bed and twin bunk beds. It has an en-suite bathroom with a short (four foot) shower-bath. The living area will accommodate four and has a mini-kitchen with fridge, hotplates and microwave. Outside, the patio area has stunning views towards the coast.
Breakfast is served in dining room the main house.
