Twinnell's cottage was formerly the Lamphey Park stables, now providing exceptionally spacious accommodation on two floors.
Ground floor
The entrance hall leads to an open plan living room. The sitting area is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, coffee table and television (Freeview and DVD player are provided). The dining area seats eight comfortably and the kitchen is equipped with a Belling range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition, there is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin and a large 'wet room' shower (Ideal when returning from the beach).
Upstairs
Upstairs there is a bathroom, one double and two twin bedrooms, each around 12' square. They are furnished with attractive pine furniture and there is plenty of space for additional child's bed when needed.
Outside
There is a small private garden to the rear.

Lamphey Park is situated approximately one mile outside Lamphey village which has a pub, two restaurants and a petrol station / convenience store (Open from 7.00AM - 9PM daily). The nearest supermarket is situated in Pembroke (3 miles). The farm shop at Milton (2 miles) sells locally produced meat and vegetables.
